Please contact me if you have any of the Bielefeld 100m linen or silk pieces with coloured edges and borders. I will pay 75 euros for any piece I don't already have, so I can add it to the reference I am writing. There must be loads out there. These pieces have never been properly catalogued before, but I am trying to change that!
Please join my German Notgeld Collector's Club (GNCC). Register by selecting the very top 'dropdown' tab. Well worth joining if you are passionate about learning more about German notgeld!!
Selling your notgeld collection? If so, please contact me as I can usually better any valuations already given to you! I am a specialised collector and not a banknote dealer.
I am always looking for collections to purchase so that my own collection can grow and improve. Many pieces have many different variants, so I am always on the look out for these so I can add them to my collection if not already there. You may be best approaching a dealer first to get a base figure and then see if I want to pay more!! You can't lose out that way either. Most people will automatically believe they have some scarce pieces in their collection, but inevitably, in almost all cases, they will be incorrect. These scarce/rare pieces are just that.....very rarely seen! Please understand that literally thousands upon thousands of these 'normal' notgeld types were issued. If I purchase a collection and find scarcer pieces that we did not take into consideration, when agreeing on a price, then I will be happy to send a further payment to cover that.
I have been collecting for almost 40 years now and there could be nothing better than to find some scarcer pieces I have been searching for and for me to pay a fair price for that privilege! I have a 100% positive feedback record (for many years) with eBay (My userid is www*notgeld*com if you wish to check)
My first ever notgeld reference 'The 1921 Bielefeld100m stoffgeld pieces' is now available....with 111 different notes depicted!! (Initiated in JUNE2009 and being updated as required. You will get the latest downloadable '.pdf' file and any subsequent updates!)
My second notgeld reference 'German Gems (Volume 1 : A-L)' is now available!! (JUNE 2009)
My latest notgeld reference 'German Gems (Volume 2 : M-Z)' is now available!! (JANUARY 2010)

This is not a catalogue, rather a notgeld reference, but it does contain prices of depicted pieces. See the combined output of the 2 'GERMAN GEMS' seperate parts as the 'Encyclopedia of German notgeld'
All scans are in full colour
Lots of extra and very interesting information about towns, history and notes is included
Each of the '.pdf' files is downloadable
The file contains over 100 pages (A4 size)!!
The information contained within each 'GERMAN GEMS' reference, makes it 'timeless'. They will always be a very, very useful source of info. for the collector, now or in 10 years time. They don't and won't need any updates.
Information contained within, relates to all notgeld categories, but is strongly biased towards serienscheine
Click on the 'read more' icon below, to see 2 actual page layouts.
Last but not least...........each reference contains lots of professional German-English translations of the original German verses!!
Each 100 page reference is priced at £20.00 sterling or equivalent

These new notgeld references, contain lots of general and specific information for the collector of German notgeld. There is some real interesting stuff here which will really help your understanding and enjoyment of your notgeld collecting!! I have laid them out so that pieces are in alphabetical order, although the notgeld categories are mixed......serienscheine, verkehrsausgaben, POW issues, wertbestaendige etc. etc. Volume 1 covers A-L; Volume 2 covers M-Z. All depicted notes include references to their specific catalogue numbers and current market valuations in euros, at time of print (June 2009 - Volume 1; Jan 2010 - Volume 2). All pictures of the notgeld pieces (individual and complete sets) are in full colour! They do have a heavy bias towards the serienscheine pieces, but other categories are included for added reference and info.
